Hi,
Using 5.1.2.19281, SQL Server 2008
We seem to be getting more and more errors of permission denied during logon. An "iisreset /restart" fixes the problem, but it now already happens almost on a weekly basis. Some users can still work on some repositories, others are down. We do database backups and run the (source gear) reindex scripts on a weekly basis. sgvault log file looks like this:
----11/18/2013 1:18:12 PM xxxxxx--vault(10.70.x.x)--SSL Disabled Login
----11/18/2013 1:18:19 PM xxxxxx--vault(10.70.x.x)--SSL Disabled GetRepositoryStructure returned: FailPermissionDenied
----11/18/2013 1:18:19 PM xxxxxx--vault(10.70.x.x)--SSL Disabled GetRepositoryStructure returned: FailPermissionDenied
----11/18/2013 1:18:19 PM xxxxxx--vault(10.70.x.x)--SSL Disabled ListWatchers returned FailPermissionDenied
----11/18/2013 1:18:19 PM xxxxxx--vault(10.70.x.x)--SSL Disabled GetRepositoryOptions returned: FailPermissionDenied
Have you got any advice on this?
Thanks in advance,
Herbert.

Re: Permission Denied on Login
This could be a known issue, where the server cache is corrupted by a failed connection.
We'd like to see more of the Vault Server log. It's called sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine.
Send the log to support at sourcegear.com, Attn: Linda. Please include a link to this forum post.
