MVC 4 Surprise!!

Post by glerler » Mon Jun 17, 2013 12:06 am

I am working on a .NET MVC 4 Razor/Entity project with NuGet package manager. Today I realized that the package folder does not get added to the repository!! Another programer was brought in, the latest got downloaded but VS screamed bloody murder cause it couldn't find anything it was looking for!!! I added the package folder and all of the files and it was happy. The package folder is new with NuGet and sits outside of the project folders

Did I miss something when i set things up or is this supposed to be a manual thing?

What version of Vault are you using? What version of Visual Studio? Are you using Enhanced or Classic integration for Visual Studio?

We haven't done recent testing with the Vault Enhanced integration and projects with NuGet.

I'll try to reproduce what you've seen and log a work item to fix this. Meanwhile, you may have to continue to add the package manually.
