We have been using Vault along with Active Directory for a few years now with no issues. Recently we tried to set up a new hire and are having problems. One difference to note is that our new hires login as "John.Smith" to the network, whereas the existing employees use "John Smith" (note the period between first and last name rather than space). What field does Vault compare the login name to in Active Directory, is it sAMAccountName (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library ... 85%29.aspx), or something else?
