I read the forum suggecxtion for this error, but I don't even have an .iky file. I have been using SourceOffsite successfully, integrated with VC++ 6.0. We just upgraded to Visual Studio .NET, and I can still GetLatestVersion from SourceOffsite's UI, but I can't access the projects from within Visual Studio because I get the "Unable to decrypt user key error".

What version of SOS are you using?
What port are you connecting to with the GUI Client?
What port are you using with the IDE Client?

This still isn't working. I have all the files on my harddrive. Is there any way I can disconnect from SourceOffsite so I can work without the "benefit" of source control until there's a fix for this?

I solved the problem. VS.NET was automatically filling in my login ID as my VSS ID, and it's not. Once I fixed that I no longer got the error.
