Are other SourceOffSite users able to connect to the SOS Server and the projects, or just VSS users?

Were you ever able to connect with SourceOffSite? Or is this a recent problem?

If no one can connect to SOS it could be that a copy of the SourceSafe client needs to be installed on the SOS Server machine.

If you're the only one who can't connect, I'd suspect your network connection through your router and cable modem. we have had a handful of reports of data corruption and the culprit in all of those cases turned out to be a router (LinkSys) or an AT&T cable modem. This problem was also confirmed by LinkSys technical support.

You might try changing the version of your firmware for the router. We used to suggest upgrading to the latest version, but sometimes the problem is reintroduced in later versions.

Turned out some sourcesafe folders were corrupt. Once we cleaned the corrupt files from sourcesafe everything worked fine.
