Work Items vanished

Hi

I have just moved my Vault install to a different server (database and all) and upgraded to the latest release.

All my work items have gone! Under Item Tracking Projects it says no projects exist.

Any idea how to get them back?

VaultPro has three databases, sgmaster, sgvault and sgdragnet.

It sounds like you may not have moved sgdragnet over, and the Vault Pro installer created a new, empty sgdragnet database.

See if you still have and sgdragnet database on the previous machine.

Hi Linda

Still got one problem.

When I checkin a set of changes I can normally browse and select a Work Item. The Browse button opens the Work Items list ok but if I select one it does not appear in the selected items box. Click OK and it does not get linked.

If I enter "item:54" in my checkin dialog it does not get linked either.

Any ideas?
