Exclusions not recognized on client

I've removed the file and folder exclusions from the web admin interface, but when I try and add a project by dragging a folder into the Vault 5.1.1 client window, the Local File System control on the Add Files/Folders window still shows that exclusions are in place.

I've restarted the client, spun the IIS service on my Vault server, and left it overnight. Still no joy.

Where am I going wrong?

What is your server OS?

Did you try recycling the Vault App Pool? Don't do just a stop/start. Make a point of selecting recycle on the App Pool. Then close any other programs, restart the Vault client, and try the add again.

My server is Windows 2003 SP2.
Vault Standard 5.1.1


I recycled the vault app pool, spun the IIS services for good measure, closed all other apps, restarted Vault client, still have the same problem.

I'm a little baffled.
