Connecting to fortress client 1.1.4 from visual studio 2010

Hi All,

I need to connect to fortress client 1.1.4 from visual studio 2010. Could any one please tell me if i have to install any plugins.

I have seen that latest versions of fortress can be integrated easily but this is the version we are using and have to connect to VS 2010.

Any suggestion/help is highly appreciated.

Visual Studio 2010 was released a few years after Fortress 1.1.4. The installer for the Fortress 1.1.4 client doesn't write the registry keys to the VS 2010 registry hive for Vault Enhanced Client integration.

You should be able to use the Classic Client integration, though. Look in Visual Studio under Tools->Options->Source Control->Plugin Selection.
