User not visible when doing 'show history'

All of a sudden i have lost the 'user' field when doing a show history. I've searched and can't find a way to get it back ... can anyone help please?

It's still there -- it's probably collapsed between the Name and Date columns. Place your cursor on the divider line between Name and Data, until it changes into a separator symbol. Then drag the column open.
