Email is no longer working w/ our Office 365 account.
Here are the settings to access your e-mail using POP, IMAP, or SMTP.
POP setting
Server name: pod51009.outlook.com
Port: 995
Encryption method: SSL
IMAP setting
Server name: pod51009.outlook.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL
SMTP setting
Server name: pod51009.outlook.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: TLS
We are using the SMTP settings and get an error when click test email
An error occurred: Exception: The transport failed to connect to the server. Inner Exception: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Inner Exception: The transport failed to connect to the server.
Any suggestions for troubleshooting this issue?

Having same issue using Office 365 as well, similar settings. Was there a solution?

The user never responded back, so I am unsure if they got it working themselves or decided to not bother troubleshooting.
Here are some initial things to look at:

- What version of Vault are you using?
In your email settings in the Vault admin web page, do you put in a user login name and password? Can you login to email using those credentials?
What server path are you using? What happens if you copy that URL to a browser?
Can you ping the SMTP server?
