Project List not same as Source Safe

I have a problem where the Project List from SOS version 4.0.2 does not show the same Project List as Source Safe does. The Source Safe list has projects that don't show up in SOS.

SOS does not automatically refresh the project tree, as that takes a lot of bandwidth and would slow SOS significantly.

To refresh a portion of the project tree, select the project above the one you wish to refresh and in the SOS Client select View->Refresh Project Tree.
You can also use the command CTRL+F5.

To refresh the entire tree, do the refresh from Root, but this can take some time if you have a large tree.
