Vault Server Installation Fails On Windows Server 2003

When I try to install Vault Server on a Windows Server 2003 machine (with a local SQL Server) I get the following messages during installation (on the "Vault Server Configuration" window):

Connecting to the SQL Server...OK
Verifying the SQL Server requirements...OK
Checking for an existing Vault database...Not found.
Creating a new Vault database on (local)...
	Creating the SourceGear Vault database...OK
	Upgrading SourceGear Vault database...OK
	Creating SourceGear Vault stored procedures...OK
	Adding Data to SourceGear Vault database...OK
Adding the admin user...OK
Giving NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE access to the Vault database...OK
Creating Default Repository...OK
Checking permissions on local folders...Checking for IIS Version...OK
Length cannot be less than zero.
Parameter name: length
Vault Setup is exiting due to a failure or cancellation. Error Code = 0

It is difficult to say what is going on without looking at the server install log.

Can you attach the vault_install.log file located in your windows temp directory (%temp%)?

If you prefer not to post the log to the forum you may email it to me directly.
