SOS 4.0.2 client operates *not* on selected file

If I checkout a file in a project that has 3 files, 1, 2 & 3 and select 3 that is sorted last then SOS checks out 2.

Where

1=Ni...csproj
2=Da...cs
3=As...cs

and the view is sorting up arrow on local version

What version of SOS are you using? Are you using the Windows client or are you using SOS within Visual Studio (the IDE client).

Does this happen on other projects?
