FailDBReader when checking out

Hello,

I cannot check out any files with the following error and relevant log information:

CheckOutFiles returned:FailDBReader
----5/5/2011 10:19:28 AM SSL Disabled System.ArgumentException: An entry with the same key already exists.

Do other users have the same problem?

What version of Vault are you using?

We'd like to see more of the Vault Server log.
