Jira connector for Vault

Hi,

We have been using Vault for a long time, and have no issues what so ever with it. But our company has decided to use Jira globally as its bug tracking solution, for which all teams are moving their source control onto SVN since there is a Jira + SVN plugin such that you can see all checkins for every issue.

We really like vault, and was wondering if there are any similar plugins that could interact Vault with Jira ?

We don't currently have integration with Jira, but we do make our client API available so that anyone can write a connection to our software. That is available with our regular downloads: http://www.sourcegear.com/downloads.html.

I can put in a feature request for integration with Jira though.

Our Vault Professional product comes with it's own bug and task tracking system. We also have the ability to integrate with FogCreek FogBugz with Vault Standard and Axosoft Ontime with Vault Professional.

I do know about Vault Pro and your support for FogBugz, but since we use a bunch of Atlassian products like Confluence, we can not get away from Jira.

Would be great if you could add the Feature Request.

I also found on the Jira website 3 requests for integration with Vault and it looked like maybe some code changes were made. Maybe as a preparation? I'm not sure. If you search on Jira and SourceGear Vault, you should find their feature requests.

Thats great, can you please send me the links to both the feature requests in JIRA and Vault, so that I can get some votes on them.

Our bug tracking system isn't open to the public, but whenever another person asks for the same thing someone else requested, we add a vote.
