I am trying to get latest for several .jpg files and got timed out problem with couple of them.
Then I tried to get latest for 1 single file at a time. No problem with 2kb or 3kb file size. But with the 14KB file, it took forever, stand at 13% forever, freeze the client, and finally it timed out. No problem get latest that problem file on Vault server locally.
My workstation is on different network with the Vault server. Between 2 servers there are couple firewalls. Looking at the firewall packages, see no package got dropped for that problem file transfer. Is there anything else we should look into? File signature, etc.?

A 14k file isn't very large -- are you able to Get other files of that size? Are just .jpgs the problem?
Do you have any anti-virus program that might be blocking the download?

Re: v5.1.1: problem with image files
1) png 50KB no problem, gif 20KB no problem
2) jpg 99KB - same problem, freeze at 50%, then timed out after 15 minutes
3) jpg 11kb - no problem
4) .db 39KB - no problem
So, there are some .jpg files work fine. I don't think the Anti-virus block the file.

Re: v5.1.1: problem with image files
We'd like to see log files that capture the failure.
First, enable debug server logging in the Admin Web Client under Server Settings->Logging->Log Level.
Then enable logging in the GUI Client. Open the Vault GUI Client and hold down the following keys on your keyboard: Control-Alt Shift F12.
Reproduce the problem, then send me copies of the logs. Let me know what username was experiencing the error and what time the error occurred so I know where to look for in the logs. Send the logs zipped up to support at sourcegear.com, Attn: Linda. Please include a link to this forum post.
