Index was outside the bounds of the array

I see these throughout my log file. No users are complaining and everything seems fine, just wondering if I should be worried.

If you sent us your log file we could probably tell for sure, but most likely the problem is failed hostname lookups. In that case the error is harmless and you don't need to worry about it.
