Upgrade from Fortress to Vault failed

We upgraded from Fortress to Vault, and although originally it seemed to be working we have found that it is not. The issue seems to be that the shadow folders are not initializing. At this point we have nowhere to go, as the customer service line seems to be closed.

We are currently discussing this issue offline. The issue appears to be that shadow folders are not updating.
