Website source control icons disappear in visual studio 2010 ultimate with vault standard 5.1 enhanced client when a new folder is added to the solution.
Try this to recreate the problem:
1. Create a blank solution
2. Add an existing website (either by file location or url)
3. Set vault bindings if not already set.
4. Source control icons ARE visible on website files.
Next,
5. Add a new empty folder to solution root.
6. Exit visual studio and reload the solution
7. Source control icons are now NOT visible on the website files.
This issue only occurs when folders are present. Adding existing projects alongside the website does not cause any problems.
I thought the problems with website icons were fixed in vault v.4
What can be done to fix this problem?

How are you setting the bindings? Are you performing an Add to Vault or is the website already in Vault, so you are just binding through the Change Vault Bindings dialog?
Is there a solution file in Vault or are you keeping that out of Vault? Then Vault Enhanced Client needs the .sln to be in Vault.
