Migrate Vault from 4.0.4 to 5.0.4

Where can i find Vault v5.0 ? or should i use 5.0.2 instead of 5.0?

If you're upgrading from Vault 4.0.4, we recommend you upgrade directly to the latest release, Vault 5.0.4.

It has the latest bug fixes.
