Installing Vault on WIndows Server 2008 (64)

Hi,

I have an license of Vault 3.1.1
Now I have to shift my old (win2003) Server to an new Windows 2008.

When I try to install the VaultServer 3.1.1 I get an error:
Error 1606. Could not access network location
%SystemDrive%\inetpub\wwwroot\

What can I do to get it installed?
If I want to update to the newer Vault 5. Is it possible to restore the Vault 3.1.1 Database / Repositorys on the new Vault?

Sorry, Vault 3.x is not supported on Windows server 2008 or on 64-bit operating systems.

For full support on the newest operating systems, we recommend upgrading to Vault 5.0.4.
