Mantslib not found

Hello sourcegear gurus. I was hoping you guys can help me. I downloaded the Vault API for Windows and when building the projects, the MantisLib dll is not found nor is the project. I then downloaded the Fortress API for Windows since I saw in another post that the dll might bet here, but again no luck. Where can I find this project/dll??

Mantis was the code name of the Work Item system of Fortress from many, many years ago. The namespace still lives on within the code. However, the binary names have changed. You can find MantisLib code within DragnetLib. A reference to DragnetLib.dll should resolve your problem.

Also note, this reference would only be found within the Fortress API.
