The Vault server could not reach the Shadow Folder Service

hello All,
im having problems adding a shadow folder to my repositories.
when i try the following error

The Vault server could not reach the Shadow Folder Service
Shadow Folder Service URL:
http://localhost:90/VaultShadowFolder/V ... rvice.asmx

i have done almost everything to solved this issue but nothing since to work.

Does the URL for the shadow folder service appear to be correct? Is the web site where Vault is installed using port 90?

We'd like to see a copy of the Vault shadow folder web.config file. The default location is C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\VaultService\VaultShadowFolder.

Also, check to see if you have a shadow folder log. It's called Vaultshadowfolderservice.txt and is in %windir%\temp\sgshadowfolder on the server machine.
