Connection errors after upgrade from Vault 4 -> 5

We upgraded our Vault server from 4 -> 5.0.3.

At the completion of the upgrade, the upgrade wizard reported that the upgraded completed successfully.

But when we attempt to login to the web interface as Admin, we receive "FailDBConn" error. We are unable to login to our repository.

It appears there's a problem connecting to the database. We'd like to see a copy of the Vault Server log. It's called sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine.

Also send me a copy of the Vault Server installation log. It's called Vault_install.log and is in your user's temp directory on the server machine. Type %temp% in an address bar to find your temp directory.

One more thing--send a copy of the web.config file from the Vault service directory on the server machine. It will give us connection information.
