We are currently on SG 3.16 (3658) SG version.
We want to upgrade to latest version.
We are on support contract (FHLB Cincinnati).
Anyway, I have a test environment that I created
Windows Server 2003 SP2 SQLServer 2005 SP2.
I installed v3.16 (3658) SG and it works fine.
Next, I ask for a copy from my production environment so I can have developer's test the new upgrade.
So I restore my test database with the one from production using SQLServer restore.
Now when I try and access Vault, I get access denied error.
So I'm thinking its an admin password problem. So I go into SQLServer and change the SG Admin.
Since the Vault Admin web.config's connection string does not show the password, how do I proceed - Access Denied?
Thanks

Re: Unable to Connect to Server
In order to access a Vault database, you need to restore the database first and then install Vault. Restoring the database after installing Vault causes the exact issue you are having.
The easiest way to deal with this is to uninstall Vault, select the option to keep the database, then install Vault again, and select the option to reuse the database.
