Timeout error during getting latest

Timeout error during getting latest
I am trying to get latest using Vault client (both client and server are the latest version 5.0.3, Client machine is Windows 7)
After several seconds on "Determining files to download" stage I get message:
"The request was aborted: The operation has timed out."
It happens on relatively large folders with hundreds of files in subfolders. On smaller folders it works fine.
I tried getting latest on several machines, including Windows 7 and Windows 2008 Server, everything works great but my machine.
Tried to reinstall the client, cleared the Vault cache, restarted the server.
Client log attached.
Please advise.

Re: Timeout error during getting latest
You could try adjusting the client download timeout in the registry.
Look for this setting:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SourceGear\Vault\Client\Settings
Increase the DownloadTimeoutSeconds too 7200 or more.
Let me know if this does not resolve the problem.

Re: Timeout error during getting latest
It did not help.
I get the message after 20-30 seconds.

Re: Timeout error during getting latest
Are the any timeouts in the Vault Server log at the same time as your large Gets?
Is there anything that could be closing the network connection between your machine and the server, like a firewall or proxy?

Re: Timeout error during getting latest
There are no new messages in server log during the time I get the error on client.
I disabled Firewall on client machine, it didn't help.
Another machine from the same home network performs getting latest without a problem.

Re: Timeout error during getting latest
You could check this registry key again:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SourceGear\Vault\Client\Settings
Look for the entry named "ServiceRequestTimeoutSeconds." The default is 7200, which should be plenty. What is your setting?
Are there any errors in the Event viewer that might correspond to the Vault client timeout?

Re: Timeout error during getting latest
ServiceRequestTimeoutSeconds is 7200.
No errors in Windows log on both client and server.
Meanwhile I found "workaround" by getting latest with client installed on second machine into shared folder on first machine...

Re: Timeout error during getting latest
This does seem to be specific to that client machine. Can you compare the two machines and see what's about different network settings, network card, antivirus, etc. Also, compare the Vault client options.
