Vault and Fogbugz applications on the same server

Does anyone have Vault and Fogbugz installed on the same server?
The number of Vault and Fogbugz users is 10.
I would like to put the two applications on the same server but wanted to check if anyone has any positive or negative experiences with this.

I run them on the same machine without a problem, and even have both under the same website. If you've seen any issues with it, just let me know and we can troubleshoot it.
