Endless Hanging on Login

I'm seeing a problem where the SourceOffSite 4.0.2 server will work fine for a while, and then start hanging for my users. This means that they go to do, say, a directory retrieve, and it just endlessly cycles.

Sometimes, once this happens, if they shut down the client and try to log back in, it endlessly cycles on login. In the log, I am seeing the following messages:

6/22/2004 1:14:06 PM - 36: Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
6/22/2004 1:14:07 PM - 37: Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
6/22/2004 1:14:07 PM - 38: Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
6/22/2004 1:14:07 PM - 39: Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
6/22/2004 1:14:07 PM - 40: Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
6/22/2004 1:14:07 PM - 41: Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
6/22/2004 1:14:07 PM - 42: Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
6/22/2004 1:14:08 PM - 44: Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array.


Just to beat you to the question, my SSAPI.DLL is version 6.0.81.69. (Consequently, I have NOT changed the threading model.)

Also, Idle Connection timeout is NOT checked.

I have generated some verbose log information for this issue, but I'm hesitant to upload it to the site, since it holds usernames and ip / domain information. If you would like me to send it to someone directly for analysis, please let me know.
