How to start the SOS Server service from the command line

For SOS 3.x:

Use the commands: Net Start sossvrsvc and Net Stop sossvrsvc

For SOS 4.x:

Use the commands: Net Start sossvrsvc.net and Net Stop sossvrsvc.net
