Cant undo check out on files.

We had one of our development PC died and now we cant do an undo check out on the files that are checked out.

When using the web ui under admin tab -> repositry -> "Undo Check out" the files do not show up.

The same user is now using a different PC and but they cant undo that check out.

Please help we are using version 4.06.

If a different user logs in, do they see the files as checked out?

Yes the files show up as checked out.

Hm. According to the Admin Client, the files aren't checked out, but users see the checkouts.

So either the view in the Admin Client is wrong or the client view is wrong.

I'd suggest users close their clients and clear their client-side caches, then restart IIS with the "iisreset" command from a command prompt on the Vault Server machine.

When you do this and log in again, do the files still appear checked out?
