Handoff not finish cause outofmemoryexception thrown

Hey,
I have a problem trying to handoff all our sourcesafe data into source vault 5.0. I tried to do the handoff yesterday and left it running over night and when i came in the next day i thought it was done but nothing was in the repositiory so i checked the log file and it stated " Handoff Error: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown". Now i was wondering if there is anyway sort of workaround this problem or anyway to fix it. I'm assuming there is something cause there is only a 32 bit version of Vault (to my knowledge).

The server it is running on is a Intel Xeon E5405, 4 GB of Ram with Windows Server 2008 (32 bit) installed. All the data i'm trying to handoff is 16 GB in total.

Any help would be appreciated.
