Hi,
We have been using Vault for a nearly two years in our company. We have version 4.1.2 (18185).
We are currently in the process of investigating FogBugz as a issue tracking interface and it’s integration with Vault.
We have therefore got a trial account from Fogbugzs and created some cases.
We have two repositories, an “Archive” one with legacy code or code that we don’t use anymore and the “Initial Repository” where all our active projects reside.
I tried setting up Fogbugz with the Initial Repository but although it saves, the option to “Browse bugs” when checking in is still disabled in our clients.
I also tried creating a new Repository with the Fogbugz information but to no avail.
I have contacted Fogbugz and had confirmation that trial accounts should work fine.
Is there something needed to be done also or a requirement for Vault-Fogbugz integration that I need to know of?

Re: Fogbugz integration
The bug functions in the checkin dialog were for Vault integration with Dragnet, or Fortress Item tracking. Not all of them work for FogBugz, as the integration isn't quite as tight. You can enter a bug number, but you can't browse for bugs, for instance.
We have a video to show the steps and results of FogBugz integration.

Re: Fogbugz integration
I see now. Wasn't obvious.
Is that something that is fixed in version 5 or is still the same?

Re: Fogbugz integration
The integration is the same for Vault 5.0. If you want tighter integration, I would suggest you consider Fortress. It was specifically designed for integrated item tracking and source control.
Because FogBugz is not our product, there are limitations in the way we can integrate.
