Hi,
Yesterday we attempted to turn on Shadow Folders (which we thought were already setup but weren't).. The complication being that we want to use UNC naming to put the shadow folders on a different server which gets backed up regularly. I was following the instructions found elsewhere on the about switching identity for the shadow folder service and downloaded the IdentitySwitcher utility - ran this but unfortunately ran it again the wrong web.config file. Double unfortunate was no backup of the config files
After this we could no longer log on as it kept saying our installed license was invalid. The 'admin' user logon also didnt work - complaining about invalid username/password. We put all this down to the a dodgy setup of the system so we uninstalled the Vault Server software (while keeping the database) Reinstalled the software again keeping the database. All to no avail
We now have a system that the admin user cannot login to because it doesn't recognise the password, and noone else can log on because it doesn't like the license code...
Any clues or pointers as to what to do next?
Thanks in advance
