Please help, I am new to Vault. The system was set up by someone before me. After I authenticated and selected a repository from Vault client the following error appears:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
It happened to one of the repository not the other but the one having problem is the useful one. Web access to the same repository is fine. I've searched the knowledge base, there is only one entry and not helpful. Any idea is welcome, thanks.
Here is the info about my system.

Re: Vault Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an o
I'd suggest deleting the client-side cache, as it may be out of sync with the database. Close any open clients first.

Hi guys
I am also experiencing the same problem. Tried clushing the cache and restarting, but all to no avail. Any further help hugely appreciated.
Cheers,
David

Re: Vault Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an o
Hi guys
I am experiencing the same problem. When connecting to the respository I get the same exception in the client. However, using the Webservice gives the same error.
Looking the log files, the following exception appears time and time again:
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__ufngettreestruct__799DF262'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.@resulttree'.
Any advice?!?
Cheers guys for your help!
