license problem
I just got a 5 client license for Vault and can't activate it. It say it has already been activated.
I found your license key in our customer database and was able to activate it in my own Admin tool, so it hadn't been activated. (I've deactivated it again).
Send me a copy of the license key you are trying to activate and I'll see if it matches what we have in our records. (Don't post your license here, for obvious reasons.)
Also, I'd like to see a screen shot of the error you are getting when you try to activate in the Admin Tool. Email linda@sourcegear.com.
