New Computer

Post by mattabrahart » Wed Aug 26, 2009 2:56 pm

I just got a new pc. I use roaming profiles on my network, so moving to my new pc was as easy as logging in and my profile and installing my programs.

My problem now is every time i start up the Vault Client I get an error message looking for a file or something in my old profile.

"Access to the path 'C:\Users\setup\AppData\Local\Sourcegear\Vault_1\Client\101B85C9-F8C2-4C50-987C-61A70CC2E586\matt' is denied."

On my new pc my profile is in C:\Users\Matt.Abrahart

any ideas on how to fix this.

Vault is looking for your client-side cache files and baseline files:

You can change the default location for these files in your Vault GUI Client under Tools -> Options -> Local Files -> Cache Location.

Baseline files can be stored either in the client cache folder or in your working folder.
