shadow folder sometimes works and sometimes doesnt

I am using VS 2005 and when I check files in, sometimes the files automatically go to the folder that I have the shadow set up on, and sometimes they dont. And it seems to only happen when they are new files that I add to VS when this seems to work. If they have been in there for a while, then that is when they don't seem to go across. Any ideas on what could be causing this in Vault.

The place to start will be in your logs. On your server, go to C:\Windows\temp\sgvault\sgvault.log and C:\Windows\temp\sgfortress\fortress.log. Check those for errors.
