Unable to locate Export utility

Vault version 5.

We may have a need to move some folders from one repository to another and I found some documentation mentioning an Export tool but I have not been able to locate it for Ver. 5, is it no longer around?

The VaultFolderExportImport.exe, or Export\Import Tool, should be in the Vault GUI Client directory.
