Vault 5 VSIP client - Recovery after loss of session

The old (Vault 4.1) VSIP client would recover gracefully when the session was lost on the server, telling the user to login in again. Unfortunately, this functionality seems no longer to be working in Vault 5 for the automatic check-out on editing; another Vault operation has to be performed in order to reallocate a new session.
