Shelve All and unselecting some files shelves wrong files

When doing a Shelve All in the GUI client (haven't tried in the other clients) and unselect some of the changes, the selection is off; the total number of changes shelved is correct, but the wrong items get shelved.

We've reproduced this bug, and a fix will be included in 5.0.1. I'm really sorry that this slipped through unnoticed. If you want a prerelease build with the fix, I can give it to you.
