Cannot login as admin

I recently restored the valut database and now cannot login with my admin password. I am using NTAUTHORITY security. I keep a complete backup server mirroring the current active system admin login works correctly.

System is down

If you're using Vault 4.x or later, did you restore both the sgmaster and sgvault databases?
