WHy the service can not strat and give me this error?
do you know?????

This error generally indicates a problem with the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine. Microsoft no longer provides or supports the JVM in their operating systems or service packs.

SOS 3.x needs the JVM in order to run. It might be possible to download a copy of the JVM from our support site and try to install it. But if this doesn't work, then we suggest you use or upgrade to SOS 4.0, which does not need the JVM.
