Moving Vault to a different server

Hi,

I'm planning on moving Vault to a different server. How is it best to transfer the Vault data and licences to the new server with minimal problems?

Sorry - I wasn't quite clear - I want to transfer the whole of Vault, not just the database. I mean I want to transfer the Vault ASP.NET stuff too, so I am logging in to a different server, not just so the database is on a different server.
