cannot move database

Hello

I've read http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=924

However the problem is that we want to move the database to a hosted (VM) system which only has a C disk and other database was on D disk...

The restore then cannot be done (because SQLServer tries to create an MDF file on a non existing D disk

Do you any work around for that ?

You could try detaching the databases on the old SQL Server and re-attaching them from the new location. This KB covers moving a database to a different directory, so should point you in the right direction:
