Files not being retrieved

I have a query similar to First Last's.

This used to be the case: Using the command line client (3.53) when I did a get of a certain project I was missing several files, when I did a recursive get higher up the heirarchy the parent directory was got, several files within that directory were got but there were several missing - but no error. If I just tried to get the individual files I received the error 'file or project doesn't exist'. The GUI works fine.

My initial thought was that this may be filename length related, however, previous versions returned an error for each file not got. I have checked server side logs as well and reeceive no further indication of the problem, for info path to file is 152 characters long.

The case now is that the command line client gets nothing and server logs indicate nothing
