Couldn't find Change vault Bindings

Hi all,

For some reason I couldn't be able to find "Change vault Bindings" in the file option of a visual studio 2008. What will be the reason?

I want to go offline to work on my project.

Any help is appreciated!

Did you open your project first?

Can you show a screenshot of what you see?
