How many SOS licenses are required?

Hi,
Our team has a mixture of local and remote members that access Visual SourceSafe. The remote members access the local network via VPN. We are considering using SourceOffSite for the remote users. Will we be required to purchase a license for each local user, too? Or can they continue to access SourceSafe directly?

Local users can still use VSS. You would only need licenses for your SOS users.
