Hi,
I was wondering about any means in SOS that can help in gathering and analyzing information about the users - who, when and how frequently they used SOS. I tried to pick up such info from the LOG file but this seems to be not good way. Any other suggestions?

The log file can provide more information in Info or Verbose mode that you can parse out:

Info mode, for instance will show each user login, the database the user is connecting to and the time.
Verbose mode will have every operation logged as well --Note: you have a lot of users, those logs can become huge.
Of course if you want to see source code history, you can use VSS or SOS (more info available in VSS) to see who changed what, and when.
