Repo steps..
1. Open SOS Explorer
2. Select Form1.vb and form1.Designer.VB
3. Load the project in VS+SOS plugin
4. Delete Form1
5. Restore SOS window

Re: CRASH dual operating SOS + VS
Are you selecting the forms on disk, inside the SOS GUI client window, or from inside of VS?
When you are restoring the SOS window, do you mean that you are refreshing, or are you opening the SOS GUI client?
Can you give a little more detail?

Re: CRASH dual operating SOS + VS
A. Select the form files in SOS Explorer
- Delete them using VS+SOS plugin
A.Show and focus the SOS window while the files are selected. Probably wont matter if it was minimized cause SOS explorer crashes on .Focus event.

Re: CRASH dual operating SOS + VS
I've reproduced it. I'll get a bug logged. Oddly enough, it appears to only happen with VB projects. My first test I used C# and there were no errors.
In the meantime, your work-around will need to be to just have the SOS GUI client open or Visual Studio open with SOS integrated when you're deleting files and not both at the same time.
