Problem after installing client

After installing an new client (3.5.0) on a new machine (Dell Precision 390) the client does start the application, shows the blue VAULT image and then stucks. The logon-screen is not activated so the program can't be used. We've tried it on several other machines but the problem stays the same? Any ideas please let me know.

Do you have the 2.0 .NET framework installed on the machine?

Could you look in your Event Viewer logs to see if any errors are logged there?

Just as an FYI, Vault 3.5.3 would be a free upgrade for you and has some significant changes. You might want to consider upgrading your client and server.
